About Susie Cobb

Hi! I'm Susie, MA in Clinical Psychology and LMFT serving Agoura Hills, Westlake Village and Conejo Valley In Person and Online. Supporting you through life’s many obstacles is my passion. I work with individuals and families seeking to build and strengthen connections with loved ones through interpersonal growth and self satisfaction. I take an integrative and human centered approach to therapy, which means that your goals and experiences will be the continued focus of our work together. I will support you in setting goals for therapy and prioritizing issues that are keeping you from the life you want to live.

My process is simple and quickly gets to the heart of your struggles. I will meet you with gentle curiosity about the world that shaped you and the stories you have carried throughout your life. From there, I will teach you skills to use in daily life to decrease worry, sadness, anger and relationship challenges. You will have an individualized treatment plan designed for each of your needs with the ultimate goal of being able to carry your new learnings well beyond the therapy room.  

 

Uncovering untouched parts of ourselves can be painful for some and will take time and willingness to walk through. There is no rule for how slowly or quickly our work is done and I will be with you every step of the way. My role is to coauthor this experience as you step into your own transformation and create the life you've been seeking.
